Mark helped me with the loan for my new estate home. It was an extremely difficult loan to get approved given the loan amount north of $3 mil and the requirement to meet specific debt to income ratio at current sky high mortgage rates . The key to get approval was to not only diligently calculate the accurate annual income that meets the debt to income requirement but to also find the right lender that accepts the income calculation. Income calculation was tedious given most of it was generated from company’s granted stock options aka RSUs. Mark took the loan approval as a challenge for himself and worked on it with single minded focus. He was very transparent and extremely thorough throughout the approval process.
